Parish picnic

One more parish picnic has been put down in history. A big thank you to everyone who helped put on the picnic this year. The food was great, the games were fun and the music was ok. It was a beautiful day that the good Lord blessed us with, and it was a joy to be able to celebrate another good year at the parishes with so many of you. Quite a bit of planning and preparation goes into this event every year and there are a number of people who work to make sure all the pieces are in place so that we can have an enjoyable time. I want you to know how much I appreciate all the time and effort that goes into our yearly celebration and all those who offered their time and talents to the parish and their fellow parishioners. To my bandmates in the Revelations, it is always a fun time playing together and you were kind enough to step up again this year and put on a good show.

Lastly, thank you to all who came out and celebrated with us. Those who were not there, you missed a good time, and I hope you are there with us next year. Here’s to one more year in the books!
